This is a model of a empty unit I want to lease for our studio. Hopefully this summer we will be up and running. Needs lots of work to make it look like this.
Layout is to scale. I already have most of the tables and benches and the equipment. We will be doing stained glass and pottery and flameworking. Slumping and fusing also. Retail sales and classes will be available. Around 700 sq ft.
