IDAF HQ has discovered a very large PLF base in another galaxy in deep space, that we have no warplinks to. Four Titan Carriers are headed there, fully loaded with 160,000 troops, 1000 assorted vehicles including 16 Alpha MAAFs (which should be able to handle anything alone), and 80,000 planes, and 10,000 mechanics. Their job is to first destroy the PLF base, then the mechanics will construct a warpgate so they can get back and forth quickly just in case the PLF tries something else there. HQ suspects this is not the main PLF base, just an outpost, which means their real base has to be a very long way away.
