This is another one I don't quite understand. I get that the "valve" allows you to continue adding more pressure to the chamber, but I don't get how the pressure doesn't escape as you're working the plunger (Y Z). Also, I assume the description of turning the (R S) (P O) tube means you turn it so that the opening of the spout (R S) will be blocked via contact with the pipe (G F)?
