The Football Club Internazionale Milano, better known as Internazionale or more simply as Inter, is an Italian football club based in the city of Milan.
Founded on 9 March 1908 by a group of dissident members of AC Milan, the club has always played in the top flight of the national championship since its first official match, in 1909, and is the only one to have participated in all editions of the Serie A A, established in the 1929-30 season. Since its foundation, he has worn a black and blue vertical striped uniform, apart from a brief spell in 1928 when he adopted a red-and-white white shirt.
