Aeternitas Tower, formerly Marina 106, is a 450 m / 1,476 ft tall skyscraper under construction in Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Originally planned to be built as Marina 106, the building was acquired by Dubai developer London Gate. Following a complete redesign, Aeternitas Tower now features a large clock face at the top of the tower and is being advertised as the world's tallest residential clock tower. Upon its completion, Aeternitas Tower will be one of the tallest buildings in Dubai.
