This is a Burnham Hydronics commercial firetube boiler. This particular model has trim for steam, such as a low water cut off and guages however can be easily converted to hot water. It has a Gordon-Piatt model S burner that is pre-equipped with a gas train. It also has a pump and compressed air switch for No. 2 oil fireing.
