A semi-fictional recreation of the MJR Southgate Digital Cinema 20 movie theater in Southgate, Michigan, which happens to be the closest theater to my house. I've worked on this model on and off since October 2015.
This is the first and largest fully-detailed and fully-furnished 20-screen movie theater available for download on the 3D Warehouse. The lobby area contains three ticket booths and a screen displaying non-stop movie trailers is above the concession stand. Each half of the building contains 10 auditoriums (one large, two medium, the remainder various small sizes) each. As with every furnished move theater there's a projection booth-two actually, divided by a balcony area that many customers won't visit unless they need to.
The MJR Southgate Digital Cinema 20 opened on November 6, 1998 and underwent a few renovations during it's 18 years in existence, most recently in late 2013-early 2014. Do note, however, that the interior is mainly done from personal memory and may not reflect the theater today, also, this model is incomplete. Also note that some parts of this model, including the entrance and the lobby, are completely different from real life.
