The Emirates Towers Complex contains two almost identical iconic towers. The roof of the taller one reaches 311 m with 56 floors and the shorter reaching 261 m with 54 floors. They are located in the thriving commercial district of the City of Dubai, contain offices, a five-star hotel and retail areas. The complex was completed in 2000 and designed by Hazel W.S.
