Based on a type of armor used during the 3653 BBY Sacking of Coruscant. The 'Jedi Exodus Helmet' is seen in the Gnost Dural cinematic which tells the story of the Sacking of Coruscant and the Jedi's exodus to Tython. The group of troopers standing at attention all wear this helmet.

I imagine this helmet as kind of like a cheaper, mass produced version of the Havoc Squad Helmet. Something to bridge the gap between the barebones Chanlon Onslaught sans add-on's helmet and the super-advanced special forces thing.
I'm hoping on using this design for Lorin Moxla's helmet. Her armor is described as 'military surplus' by the time of the Cold War which gives this helmet time to fall into that category as different designs come out to replace it.
