"Je me souviens." That is the catchphrase for Quebec and its current license plate, meaning "I Remember". There was also a catchphrase for Quebec in 1969. It was called "La Belle Province" or "The Beautiful Province" in French. It was used until 1977. It was changed to "Je me souviens" in 1978. I know French a little bit, but I like those catchphrases.
