A shopping precinct in the centre of Leicester, lining one side of Humberstone Gate, opposite the Haymarket Shopping Centre, thus giving it its name. It was opened in the mid-1990's after replacing the old Lewis's building, which was demolished in 1994. The only remaining piece of Lewis's Department store is "Lewis's Tower". It was kept during the demolition as it had became a landmark of Leicester during its 60 year stand.
