This garden at Westminster Palace, is called New Palace Yard. There is a hidden fountain with a metal sculpture centre-piece by the renowned Polish born, British contemporary artist Walenty Pytel. The other garden on the north side, a little further to the east, is called Speaker's Green. A map showing the gardens around the palace (Usually known as the Houses of Parliament) can be found from the web-link. Both gardens are private, and not open to the public.
