This model is made from a plan by architect John Driscoll for clients Ashton and Maureen in 1999. I only had a rough plan to work from, so I made many decisions as to the structure, elevations, and roof details myself. I hope you like it.
It's a very small house, with some interesting features, like the fact that the bathroom has no sink but there a sliding panel from the dressing room outside the bath to the kitchen sink to wash your hands. The kitchen is small, but has a built-in herb garden by the windows. The bedroom has screens to open the space up to the main living space. The area outside the main entrance even has a small koi pond.
