Blue Chip FCU was founded in 1948 as RDG Harrisburg Credit Union to serve the financial needs of railroad workers in central PA. Located in Harrisburg's Rutherford neighborhood and opposite the Rutherford Rail Yard, the credit union expanded at their existing location in 2009.
