All of this was Clara's fault, when he recovered a key from Mother Ginger's lair, that's all a misunderstanding. After during the fight in the dark forest saving Ginger and the kingdom, Clara used a key to switched and reprogrammed the miniaturize machine into zapping Sugarplum, turning her back into a lifeless figurine as a punishment for her crimes, all the Tin Soldiers became lifeless as they all fell down, the Four Realms are finally saved.
