The car port leads to the main entrance and reception área. To the left, the social area with a half bathroom and a veranda with a barbecue place; to the right, the kitchen and breakfastroom, pantry, laundry, service bathroom and three bedrooms - the master bedroom with a dressingroom and a bathroom, another bathroom that serves the other two bedrooms.
A semi-circle wall in the front of the house defines the service patio.
