Yep, I guess you could say I like to make Ranch houses. Like my others, this one is based on a real house. This one's in the same neighborhood as the last one I made, only a little older and not as "cutesy" due to not being built by the same people. Since I've never seen the inside of the house this is based on, I made up a floorplan for it. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, an eat-in kitchen as well as a living room-dining room combo, a single car garage, vaulted ceilings in the living room (if you haven't figured it out, I love vaulted ceilings), a front porch and a patio in the back. Approximately 1,526 sqft. All SketchUp Components, I edited most of them a bit though.
The original house was built in 1980.
