Here is a victorian shell from one in BmrCT's collection, thanks to BmrCT. I liked the house so much that I could invision its floor plan even though it was a hollow shell so I gave it a floor plan. What you have are stairs as soon as you walk into the entry. To the left is a living room, to the right is the dining room with a window seat. In the back you have the kitchen. The kitchen was designed so you can put a round breakfast table in the center. There's a nice antique wood stove in the kitchen. Off to the side of that is a powder room with an ice box vestibule across from it. The basement stairs are under the main stairs. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. The shower used to be a closet. That's the tour. The cosmetic features have been updated and altered some as you can see when comparing it to the original house. Windows have either been added or removed. Both porches were cosmetically redone. There was a lot of cleanup of stray lines about the interior before construction. Another thing, the great chimney in the back once housed an old woodburning stove. That was bricked off and a stainless steelo gas range takes its place. Although I still intend to adjust the cosmetics from time to time, I think it really turned out!
