This very simple building appears to be left over from the now-closed Bay View RV Park, which has been made into a city parking lot. The area is otherwise a large parking lot facing the waterfront row of small tourist stores, watercraft rentals, restaurants, and bakeries. It's possible the entire stetch is in litigation, as just north of the public bathrooms and huge concrete chessboard is another huge grass and gravel lot which is used for nothing but growing weeds, in the middle of prime downtown zoning. #Morro_Bay
