Burj Khalifa (برج خليفة ) formerly known as Burj Dubai (برج دبي Dubai Tower) is a supertall skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is the tallest man-made structure ever built, at 828 m (2,716,5 ft). Construction began on 21 September 2004, topped out on 17 January 2009 and the tower grand opening has been held on 4 January 2010. This supetall building contains 160 habitable floors. First 37 floors will be occupied by Armani Hotel, rest of building will be filled by offices and residences and mechanical floors as well.
