This is a jig to make bow strings from scratch. The arms swing in long ways to build multiple strands of primary string, then they turn side ways and open the string up for wrapping. They then fold longways again to finish the ends and wrap the nock area.
Built from channel iron and nuts, flat metal and steel rods.
