This is a case designed for an old Waltham clock movement and face I found at a swap meet. The marble face is rather large, probably being intended for a wall rather than a piece of furniture, especially when you consider that there is a second set of hands on the back of the movement. The case is designed with a taper to reduce the apparent mass of the piece, and is based on various designs by Stickley and Roycroft. Note that the pendulum on the movement is very short, and doesn't hang below the glass in the door as you would normally expect in a clock of this type.
