Insert carboard insulation taking care to put cardboard forward of the wooden cross piece next to the lower part of the door frame. Assemble metal oven liner and swivel tray from cookie sheet food grade metal. Note the small metal piece about oven liner with carboard insulation. Assemble front door and note hex head screw locations to secure insulation with metal or aluminum foil to inside of door. Cardboard is pressed into front door gasket frame on assemply. Assemble 2' X 2' 1/4" thick tempered glass in window frame with press fitted carboard gasket (pre-drill holes so screw screws ONLY into oven box, not glass frame). #cardboard_insulation #oven_assembly_instructions #solar_cooking #solar_oven
