The D. Annie Pfeiffer Chapel is Frank Lloyd Wright's first of a dozen buildings on the FLorida Southern College was built by student labor between 1938 and 1941. It is built with sea shell cement blocks containing imbedded stained glass. The "bow-tie" tower is also called the "bicycle rack in the sky" which wrought iron.
