This is the complete stage design of the fifth Kral TV Video Müzik Ödülleri, held at the Anadolu Auditorium in Lütfi Kırdar ICEC, Istanbul on 27 April 1999. Like the previous stage, this one also has a simple design, but what makes it stand out more are two huge LED screens on the backdrop. The event logo appeared on the performing area, forming part of the staircase. The golden arch is similar to the one from last year.
