FAST+ATTACK+HYDROFOIL+MIISILE+BOAT+BASED+ON+US+NAVY+PHM1
PHM1 was a succesful hydrofoil fast attack missile boat with length of 25m and a gross tonage of 200 t. A small boat with a great range of weaapons over tonage that was in the Us nave service until early 90s.
Based on this succesful design comes the new PHM100 with overal length of 32m and a gross tonage of 320 t. Equiped with a rapid fire 175 cannon, 8 anti-ship missiles, 16 short range anti-aircraft missiles, 4 middle range anti-aircraft missiles and a phalanx gutling mount for short range anti-ship and anti missile system. Also with passive radar with electonic warfare capabilities and electonic counter measures. Fast at 55 knots service speed and very agile, with a range of 30 days at 16 knots and heavily armed becomes a real threat for any corvette or frigate with a fraction of their cost.
