This is the mobile radar at Opana Point, Oahu, Hawaii which first detected the hoard of Japanese planes approaching Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. The unusual blip on the radar screen was discounted as significant by a new Lt. on duty despite repeated calls from the radar site.
