The tent (in Latin velarium) is a drape of transparent fabric hanging from above a window or door, fixed to the same glass frame, and mounted on a track on which it flows. In particular it serves to make a home more comfortable.
Some models are used instead of doors to divide two rooms, and others are made of highly resistant synthetic fabrics to be put on terraces to cover the strong sunlight.
The curtain can be made of various fabrics such as silk, velvet, lace, cotton, polyester, linen and so on.
