Metra (Metropolitan Rail), is the commuter rail operator of the Regional Transportation Authority in the Chicagoland area. Metra operates a number of EMD cowl units, and among them is the F40PHM-3, nicknamed "Winnebago" for its slanted cab design. These locomotives were delivered as F40PHM-2s, and originally wore a sky-blue and orange paint scheme. Requested by AviationA340.
