This is a strip of Colorbond Enseam 265 Panels, manufactured by Lysaght in Australia. These can be used for roofing, wall cladding, fencing etc.
Simply stretch the panels to be as long as you require. To increase the width, just copy an individual panel and align it directly next to the previous one, and use SketchUp's multiplier to add as many as you need.
To cut a hole in the panels (for windows, doors, etc.) you will need to:
1. Draw a cube that cuts through the panels at the appropriate location
2. Explode the component so it becomes just raw geometry
3. Select the cube(s) and the panels
4. Right-click and choose "Intersect faces > With selected"
5. Delete all the stray pieces of the cubes and panels until you are left with the hole you require
