As we await the unveiling of the 3rd gen IC CE, I decided to edit Joey W.'s IC Bus CE once again but this time to look like an early version of the 2nd gen CE back when it was known as the CE300 (Or CE200 depending on engine choice).
This is the wheelchair bus version and is the only year with the smaller windowed wheelchair lift door. 2006 and later models would have wheelchair lift doors with larger windows.
From Wikipedia:
IC Bus (originally IC Corporation) is an American bus manufacturer. Headquartered in Lisle, Illinois, IC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Navistar International. Established in 2002 by Navistar through the reorganization of subsidiary manufacturer American Transportation Corporation (AmTran), IC currently produces school buses and commercial-use buses for multiple applications.
