This is a lifemaster 3265-267 which is a 1/2 HP Chain driven garage door opener with a three button muilti function wall control unit all the credit goes to Codckeecks for the garage door opener sense I didn't make the garage door opener I don't find it fare for me to take credit for stuff I never made enjoy the model.
