This house was featured as Design 2310 (pages 86–87) in book of modern house designs in Canada from the early 1960s. The description states “The living-dining room and principle windows of this three bedroom bungalow face a courtyard. A spacious hall with access to the courtyard separates the bedroom wing from the living area. The kitchen, with ample space for a table, has a pass-through to the dining area. Utility and heating, storage and a playroom are provided for in the basement. The entrance of this house should face north.” The house is 1,272 square feet.
