This is the second box. It's 15 3/4" x 15 3/4" x 5". The sides are constructed from 5/8" thick plywood and the bottom is 3/8" plywood. The bottom panel is set into a dado that is 5/16" deep and located to leave a 4" deep box overall. All four corners are bevel joints reinforced with 3/4" thick bevel keys that are 1" long across the face of each side, and are located 1" up from the bottom, and 1" down from the top.
