Sharif Medical and Dental College Hospital OPF Industrial Engineering Open ended Lab by Abubakar Atiq F2022031002 and Shahzad Hasan F2022031004, University of Management and Technology, Main Campus. We are student of BS IE in 7th semester, we were assigned to construct the OPD, so we selected the this hospital to apply our industrial engineering skills.Firstly, we made the 2D layout and then did simulation on FlexSim Software to find the maximum capacity of each doctor in 4 hour shift and propose a time duration so that he or she can easily hit the target of 25 patient per shift. Currently, they are not meeting this target.
