Unfinished model of the Thermalright True Spirit 140 Power heatsink, it misses the fin bends on the tips, but at this point I already know it doesn't fit my project so I'm too lazy to finish it. Feel free to improve upon, though it's already replaced by the TR True Spirit 140 Direct (which has a lesser RAM compatiblity when installed horizontally) that I also modeled (older model of mine with few cosmetic errors).
The rest of the model is correct, the dimensions are exact and it will do absolutely fine with your build simulation.
