This is an unfinished 24x24 Garage with Attic trusses spaced 24" apart. The wall stud spacing is also 24" apart. This is meant to be at starter model to edit to your specific needs. It does not have windows or doors, they can be integrated after downloading. My intentions in design are to make a small apartment above the garage. It is on a 4" concrete slab with a cinder block base. It has 2 - 8x7 garage doors. It does not have standard support for the garage doorsbut based on my calculations it is structurally sound. I am not an engineer or expert, but did do a lot of research in making this model. This is my first creation in Sketchup so any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
