This 18 story glass and concrete tower is a gem among the West Palm Beach skyline. Its modern look complements the nearby high rises and condominiums. Its name comes from the nearby City Place shopping and dining district. City Place Tower was the first modern office high rise in twenty years, after the completion of the Esperante Building. Currently, the main tenant in the building is INTECH, which occupies the 17th and 18th floors.
