It is the STOCK model of the Phaeton, not tuned. The Phaeton was the idea of Volkswagen chairman Ferdinand Piëch. Piëch wanted VW engineers to create a car that would overwhelmingly surpass the prestige market leaders, Mercedes Benz and BMW.
