I've finished this model 7 years ago, in May 2009! It was, however, over 50 MB (55.6, to be precise), so I couldn't upload it.
I've stumbled upon it on an old DVD, modified it (reduced the size to 45.2 MB) and uploaded it here. Unfortunately, my old account on which I've uploaded all of the other models is now inaccessible to me (the e-mail probably got deleted YEARS ago!), so I'm using a different one.
