PURE AND SIMPLE
Quietly refined, Oden's understated design looks equally at home in both modern and traditional environments. Oden is available in two standard track lengths or made-to-measure to perfectly fit your project needs. With three mounting styles to choose from, Oden is suitable for a wide range of door panels. Like all of our products, Oden was designed to be quick and easy to install.
STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION
Precision-manufactured from high-quality 300- and 400-series stainless steel, Oden is built to last. Because not all grades of stainless steel are equal, our engineers have individually specified the best grade of stainless steel for each component based on that component's function. Front surfaces of our investment cast trolley brackets are machined to a classic No. 4 finish, while rear surfaces are left with the beautiful textured finish that only high-quality casting can provide.
A TRUE HEAVYWEIGHT
Oden can be configured for panels weighing up to 400 lbs, giving you the flexibility to work with door panels of almost any size and material. The wide steel-on-steel contact surface between the bearing and the track ensures that even the heaviest doors will glide smoothly and quietly year after year. That said, there are a few constraints to this weight limit to keep in mind: thick panels requiring our maximum 1-1/4" track cantilever are limited to 300 lbs, and Bamboo tops out at 150 lbs. For more information on panel weight, reference our installation instructions.
VERTICAL PANEL ADJUSTMENT
When it comes to construction, we know that no two surfaces are ever perfectly perpendicular, and things that were once level might not be after a few months. The deftly-hidden, patented vertical adjustment assembly in our Glass trolleys lets you fudge the difference. A full 1/4" of vertical play in each trolley can make up for a multitude of earlier imperfections, and ensures that every installation looks perfect (even if it's just a trick of the eye).
FOR GLASS PANELS 3/8" TO 3/4"
Although 1/2" is the most common glass thickness we see, our Glass hardware is compatible with 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" thick panels. (Prefer the metric system? Our Glass hardware systems are compatible with 10mm, 12 mm, 15mm, and 19mm glass, respectively.) Glass systems include a 2" long stainless steel bottom guide specific to the thickness of your panel.
BRUSHED STAINLESS
This classic, timeless No. 4 directional finish has been our most popular for years. Made from high quality 300- and 400-series stainless steel, Brushed Stainless won't patina or develop rust, even in damp or humid environments. Our Brushed Stainless finish has been tested to 130,000 open-and-close cycles and is suitable for high-use commercial environments. Brushed Stainless requires no ongoing maintenance and can be cleaned with household glass cleaner. (Remember to test an inconspicuous area prior to cleaning hardware.)
BLACK STAINLESS
Our Black Stainless finish is the real deal. Not a paint or powder coat (which are likely to chip or flake under the point-load of sliding hardware), our premium Black Stainless finish is etched into the surface of the material, allowing the underlying No. 4 directional finish to shine through. Tested to 130,00 open-and-closed cycles, Black Stainless is suitable for high-use commercial environments. We recommend periodically wiping our Black Stainless products with a small dab of petroleum jelly to enhance the depth and shine of the finish.
