Ford Field is a multipurpose domed stadium located in Downtown Detroit, Michigan, it primarily serves as the home of the Detroit Lions who are an American Football franchise in the National Football League. The stadium was constructed in 2002 and currently sits next door to Comerica Park (Home of the Detroit Tigers) and down the street from the Little Caesars Arena.
The regular seating capacity at Ford Field is 65,000 for football games, and is expandable to 70,000 to 80,000 while hosting a wide variety of events including the Quick Lane Bowl for College Football, NCAA Basketball games, MHSAA High School sports, concerts, entertainment events, and even conventions.
Letter from the Creator: Six years in the making, this reconstruction of Ford Field is a project I am truly proud of. From the turf field to the graphic on the video board, this project took a lot of work and effort to make sure that this stadium was perfectly created. Use it however you want as a gift from me.
