This is the old Arlington Hotel and Saloon. The last 'name' listed for it is "Perry's Grand Arlington Hotel". It is currently up for sale. There are fire escapes located on the north and south walls, but I haven't added those (as well as a small stairway on the southern wall). Also, I really couldn't get a good view of the eastern section, so I used a modified brick materiel for texturing that area. There is a small wall 'connecting' this building with the one to the east. The wall is located along John Street. The two buildings are definitely separate, and the connecting wall appears to be of a later construction, probably just to block off the alleyway between the two buildings. #bay_city #bay_county #michigan
