this is an "X" engine. What it is, is 2 V8's that share a common crank.
Its like a radial engine, but to save Circular space, you can place cylinders behind eachother. My model is just two of my 302 engines combined. this is only Version 1 of the engine, a more detailed and different engine will be made soon.

Ford was actually going to use an X- engine instead of a V-engine when they started using flathead V8's in there cars. Much less length, but twice the height. It was difficult to tune the engine, and keep oil from collecting at the bottom bank of cylinders.
As you see, this engine is two V8 engines side by side, not on top of eachother... and only one side of the engine has accessories, it doesnt matter because A) its running of the common crank, and B) its only Version 1.
