This old shack is over 100 years old! It's among Paulwall's poorest of houses. Some of Paulwall's poorest working class residents live in houses like this. This isn't a vacation cabin by the lake, it's a tiny house not far from downtown Paulwall. There is no central heat or air conditioning in this tiny bungalow. The only source of heat would be the cast-iron stove in the kitchen. The walls are rickety and rotten. The house creaks in high winds. You get 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in this dinky little thing. Can you believe a family of 3 live here? It's all they could afford! It makes you think of Charlie Bucket's house in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005 film). It's confirmed to be a Sears kit home, one of the smallest models from 1913.
