The USS Ticonderoga NCC-1211 was a Starfleet Lancaster Class Medium Cruiser commissioned in 2205. Hailed as a significant advance in starship engineering over the previous Moskva class, it was considered to be one of the first “modern” starships with all primary facilities in the same general positions as in current vessels, including the now standard bridge placement on top of the large primary hull housing the ships impulse drive and fusion reactor, secondary hull housing Deuterium storage and the ship’s SSWR-VIII-A spherical cavity M/AM warp core which, for the first time was fully ejectable via a large detachable ventral hull plate, and the dual attached nacelles, all of which enable the ship to reach a maximum speed of warp 6.4. The Lancaster class would remain a vital part of Starfleet, undergoing a major refit in 2248, until being retired in 2264. This model represents the USS Ticonderoga and is based on the version by David Metlesits
