While based on a small form factor, this system is designed to be able to move a lot of air very quickly should the need arise. Instead of using the standard thin-wall aluminum duct, this system is optimized to use thermally-stable plastic ducts that utilize smooth gradients and even long runs don't produce noise while large quantities of air are being moved through them. The optional sensor package is designed to make you aware of and adjust for, increases in humidity, dust/pollen, mold levels, measured air flow and of course, temperature.
I've included different shaped outlets, 1. rectangular vent off of a horizontal. 2. a rectangular vent down to a vertical outlet. 3. a square vent down to a vertical outlet as well as a circular vertical vent.
Air flow testing shows that round-cornered ducts flow approx. 22-35 percent better than standard duct shapes. Cheers.
