Remember when department stores such as Macy's used to have something other than clothing and appliances? This glow-emitting signage is a reminder of that era. This was the logo used by the Penneys (now JCPenney) Department Store chain from 1963 to 1971, when the logo you see today replaced it (though many of this still remains on many storefronts ever after 2 logo changes). Today, less than 10 examples of the logo remain standing at functiong JCPenney stores. Feel free to use this signage in any 1960s shopping mall or department store, just make sure to give me credit in the long run.
