Puebla Cathedral, Mexico

Chigirinsky
Puebla Cathedral (esp: Catedral de Puebla [de Zaragoza]) is a Roman Catholic cathedral in the city of Puebla, Mexico. This huge baroque-style cathedral dominates the town's main square. The popularity and success of the Baroque style was encouraged by the Roman Catholic Church (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baroque). The baroque-style has been implemented many times in different interpretation, e.g.: Over-Gate Holy Trinity Church referred to as Ukrainian Baroque (Ukrainian Orthodox Church - Moscow Patriarchy); St. Michael's Golden-Domed Cathedral (Ukrainian Orthodox Church - Kyiv Patriarchy); The Saint Andrew's Church in Kyiv (patriarchal cathedral of the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church) etc. This model has been developed from the model http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=32218a5f36013afe9fa0146179278095 (thanks to author EADAM) #baroque #Cathedral #Mexico #Puebla
