This is an accurate model of my own Swimming Pool in the Blue Mountains (about 80 km west of Sydney, Australia).
Despite the amount of detail present I've left out many components and materials due to the 10 meg upload limit but most of textures here are based on photos of my own environment.
The missing bits I'll share over time and probably eventually organise into a collection. Anyway feel free to pull this apart and use the component and materials.
What I have left in are the minimum requirements for a Pool to comply with Standards in NSW, these are (quite correctly) very strict in terms of fencing, access and signage.
I have also Un-Geo-Located my model as I don't want people turning up for spontaneous Pool Parties (it is turning into a Long Hot Summer here this year with fierce afternoon storms, just like we used to have when I was a child).
Obviously when you walk through the gate you don't drop off a cliff with a nice bit of stucco yellow rendering - that unfortunately is where I had to slice my property in half to fit the file size.
Finally in the default saved view you will notice three mosaics on the wall, these were made by my wife (who died nearly five years ago) and I was determined to keep these in the pool model.
The sad thing is that I constructed the pool for her as she was an enthusiastic swimmer but by the time it was finished she only used it three times before she became too sick to swim.
